Shipping Costs

All orders will pay a one time paypal surcharge during checkout.

Shipping costs vary by several factors including location, weight and shipping method.

To determine the shipping costs, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter the desired shipping address to see the costs for every shipping method without having to place an order , you may also email us  for a qoute.

Backordered Items

Occasionally there are items in the store that have been placed on backorder due to running out of inventory either in the retail store or the online warehouse.

When this happens we do not charge or deposit any of your funds.If you have ordered 1 or more items and a certain item in the order is on backorder or out of stock you will be notified .

Backordered items may take 3 to 21 business days to become available for purchase in the store.

We can also make arrangements for your backorder or substitute it for another item in the store of your choice.

Surfboard Orders and Shipping

Surfboards purchased from our shop that are custom ordered,currently stocked or from the factory direct sale rack will be delivered by Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS  and will include insurance a tracking number.

You may order between 1 - 5 surfboards with the shipping service we provide. All domestic surfboard orders for custom surfboards or in stock surfboards will be prepaid thru our website using paypal.

Order Cancellations

A non refundable $200.00 Dollar charge and a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all canceled orders on any custom ordered, In stock or factory sale surfboard .

All custom ordered surfboards take in between 12 and 16 weeks depending on brand,order type, color,artwork, glass job or special instructions.

In stock surfboards take between 3 to 7 business days to ship depending on inventory in our factory on that given day. The inventory in the factory changes daily , so contact us for further details.

No Sales Tax outside CA! The savings alone may even offset the entire shipping costs

Surfboard Packaging

All surfboards are shipped within a double walled cardboard casing. From there, we enclose the board within multiple layers of high density bubble padding.

Cardboard inserts are then fashioned to the rails, nose and tail of the surfboard to provide additional strength.

We understand that buying a surfboard is an investment. That’s why we take extra precautions when packaging your new board.

We’ve found this process adds the necessary padding to ensure your surfboard arrives unscathed, ready to shred!

Damage Claims

Domestic orders are delivered through Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS or USPS to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your product.If any damage occurs during shipping it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company and report and file a damage claim.

In Store Pickup

If you find an item online that you want to purchase and would like to pick it up at our retail location instead ...simply go to paypal.com and send us the total payment to orders@surfskatesupply.com

There is no shipping charge for online orders picked up at our store location. Surfboards may include a shipping charge for in-store pickup, but this will be waived prior to processing your order.

Orders are held at the store for a period of one month from the completion date and can be picked up during normal business hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up the order.

Delivery Services

We offer a delivery service for san diego,orange and los angeles counties for a flat rate of $75.00 dollars.

We make delivery runs up the california coast to the oregon border every 2 weeks
