International Processing Fee

All International orders will be pay a one time $1.95 paypal processing charge during checkout.

After the order is processed the remaining balance will be requested thru paypal to the customer .

We cannot ship out your order until you have accepted the paypal money request that we send you for the remaining balance.

 We do this as a service to you to insure that you are not being charged more then what is needed for your purchase.

Duties And Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Surf Skate Supply does not collect import duties and taxes and cannot predict these particular charges

These duties and taxes are not included with the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. For information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Backordered Items

Occasionally there are items in the store that have been placed on backorder due to running out of inventory either in the retail store or the online warehouse.

When this happens we do not charge or deposit any of your funds.If you have ordered 1 or more items and a certain item in the order is on backorder or out of stock you will be notified .

Backordered items may take 3 to 21 business days to become available for purchase in the store.

We can also make arrangements for your backorder or substitute it for another item in the store of your choice.

Surfboard Orders and Shipping

We charge a flat rate $125.00 shipping charge at checkout for all surfboards.

Surfboards purchased through surf skate supply that are custom ordered,currently in stock or from the factory sale rack will be delivered thru Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS or USPS and will include a tracking number and insurance.

All international orders for custom surfboards or currently stocked surfboards will be prepaid thru our website with paypal.

Order Cancellations

A non refundable $400.00 Dollar charge and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all canceled orders on any custom surfboard .

Custom ordered surfboards take in between 12 and 16 weeks depending on brand,airbrush ,artwork, glass job or special instructions.

Stock surfboards take between 3 to 7 days to ship depending on the current inventory in our warehouse. We recieve surfboards daily so please check with us .

No Sales Tax outside CA! The savings alone may even offset the entire shipping costs

Surfboard Packaging

All surfboards are shipped with multiple layers of high density bubble wrap padding. Cardboard inserts are then fashioned to the rails, nose and tail of the surfboard to provide additional strength.

We understand that buying a surfboard is an investment. That’s why we take extra precautions when packaging your new board. We’ve found this process adds the necessary padding to ensure your surfboard arrives unscathed, ready to rip.

Damage Claims

All international orders are shipped through Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS or USPS If any damage occurs during transport it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company and report and file a damage claim.
